We’ve updated our formula and adjusted the dilution ratio of our Black Spot Remover while ensuring it remains just as effective. This means the instructions for use may have changed, so please check the label carefully before applying.

Directions for use:
Black Spot Remover is a concentrated product and can be diluted from 1:2 up to 1:1, depending on the surface.
For best results, follow these steps:
1. Preparation:
Remove any loose dirt and debris so the area is smooth and ready for application. We recommend pressure washing before application.
2. Application Process (3 Steps):
Step 1: Apply an even layer of product to the affected area by spraying horizontally.
Step 2: Repeat the process, spraying vertically.
Step 3: Finish by spraying around the edges until the area is fully saturated.
3. Let the Product Work:
Leave the solution on the surface for 45-60 minutes. If the surface starts to dry out, apply more product to keep it wet. If it dries out, the cleaning process will stop. Agitate the solution with a soft-bristled brush for best results.
4. Rinse Thoroughly: After 45-60 minutes, clean the area with a jet wash.
5. Repeat if Necessary: Some black spots may be deeply embedded, depending on their age and surface type. If any remain after the initial treatment, repeat the process, a second application will fully eradicate them.
Important notes:
When operating with the product, the following precautions should be taken:
Protective clothing such as gloves, goggles, boots and overalls should be worn.
Adequate ventilation is required when using chemicals in confined spaces.
When using flammable materials; cigarettes, naked flames and other sources of ignition should be carefully controlled.
Before undertaking any cleaning operation, a trial should be carried out on a small, preferably inconspicuous area, to determine the effect of the chemicals before treating a large area.
Keep people & pets away from treated areas for at least 48 hours.
Not suitable for use on lawns, flowerbeds, vegetable plots, or near trees/shrubs.

Black Spot Preventer is a powerful and concentrated product formulated to stop black spots from returning and to protect your surface all year round. 5 litres of the product will cover up to 50 m³.
Its unique spray and leave formula is easy to use and effective on your surfaces.
Black Spot Preventer is suitable for hard surfaces such as patios, tarmac, concrete, block paving, stone, steps, paths, masonry, cladding, brickwork and more!
Can be diluted up to 1:3 (one part of Black Spot Preventer and three parts of water).
With its spray and leave formula, there is no need to rinse. Black Spot Preventer will start to work immediately! You will begin to see results within 2-3 days.
It is advisable to clean the area before use: remove any loose dirt so that the area is smooth and ready for application. Black Spot Preventer must be used on dry surfaces, with no rain forecast for the next 12 hours. Once dry, surfaces are safe for children and pets.
To prevent black spots, it is advised to use the Black Spot Preventer three times a year.
IMPORTANT: This product contains Benzalkonium Chloride.
Pressure Sprayer

After use, discard safely any unused solution. Add a little detergent and some warm (not hot) water to the sprayer and spray some of the contents through. Repeat with cold water. Check that the nozzle and the grooves in the nozzle spindle are free from sediment.

contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
