Personalised Botanical Anniversary Mug

You can personalise with an Anniversary number, e.g. 25 on the front and a special message, over 4 lines of 25 characters per line, on the reverse of the mug. Please note, the th, st or nd after the number is fixed and cannot be amended. This will be automatically added depending on the number entered. All personalisation entered is case sensitive and will appear as entered. Hand washing is recommended.
How to place your personalised gift order:
- Order your personalised gift online.
- When you have placed your order, you will receive an email from [email protected]
- Please allow 1 working day to receive your email, and if you have not received it within this time, please check your junk folder.
- Once received, follow the link within the email.
- Type your message into the fields on screen and click on the preview button to review the personalisation.
- Once checked and you are happy, click submit. Your order will then be processed.
Please note:
- The content on a personalised product will be produced exactly as you enter it, including spelling and capitalisation. Please ensure that all details, especially the personalised text, are correct before clicking submit.
- Accents, special characters and emojis are not accepted.
- Once the personalisation has been submitted, the order cannot be amended or cancelled.
