Rich metallics of bronzes and coppers work their magic in kitchens and bathrooms. Mosaics are versatile and have always been in style. They are a brilliant way to add an individual touch to your home in so many different ways: as a splashback, a shower wall, a decorative wall feature, an accent within a neutral scheme, to provide a contrast of colour or texture.
Extreme caution must be taken when using metal mosaics in an electric shower. Always consult a qualified electrician before installation.
If the grain in the metal is directional, wake sure that the grain is going in the same direction for all mosaic sheets otherwise it will affect the appearance of the installation.
Mosaics containing or made from copper are not suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, showers and wet rooms or exposure to excessive moisture. When exposed to air and moisture the copper may, over time, form a patina of Verdigris (a green coating).
We recommend sealing before grouting and then again once the grout residue has been removed.
We recommend using a white, fast setting highly deformable adhesive.
